Scenario shuts down

Has anyone expericened a scenario shutting down? I've been playing and all of a sudden the game says "toaw shut down" "looking for a solution". Then, it reverts back to the beginning page when the game opens up. I've tried various compatability settings, XP, Vista, so on and nothing has made a difference. I'm using Vista. I've haven't had this problem before. Also, I have uninstalled the game and AVG, then, reinstalled the game with the latest patch, and then, reinstalled AVG. It didn't make any difference. Anyone have any suggestions?

Any chance to provide a screenshot, log file, does it happen to a specific scenario?

It happens on Western Front 1944-1945 after turn 50. I've tried save a screen shot but the notice happens pretty quickly and then the game shuts down and goes back to the opening page. I've tried many settings, no battle sounds, with battle sounds, various compatiblity settings, but no luck.

I don't know what the problem might be, I don't recall ever having that happen. Maybe you can post a .sal file just prior to it happening so that somebody might be able to figure it out ?
