I'm playing the 1941 Barbarossa scenario v1.90 and I've discovered you have Rommel assigned to (2) Units.

Deutsches Afrikakorps 159 164 6 2 60 0 0 0 -1 -1 0 -1 14
Festungskommandant Kreta 166 151 2 2 45 0 0 0 -1 -1 0 -1 14
