Can't see "Confirm changes" in options window

Not very important for me, but I thought I report it nevertheless. I can not see the confirm changes button in the options menu in-game so I have to do all changes in the main menu.

Thanks for the report. We had one tester who reported a similar problem with this screen. I'm not sure why it isn't centering properly. Have you changed any of the default Windows settings or are you running any UI-affecting software (such as Display Fusion for multiple monitors or similar)?
