engineer sapper brigades

These seem useful, repairing RR and presumably helping to dig and fight. I don't 'think' they can be attached to a Corps unit - is this correct? Any opinions?

They can't be attached to a corps unit and I've never seen one sent in by an HQ in combat. They do seem to do RR repair so they seem to be just a clone of the RR units.

I,ve started disbanding them - made too many, thought they could be corps-attachable, live and learn. I would still like a qualiyive assesment of RR brigades for RR repair and digging. Hard to tell.
