beta launcher

I have the old 1108P7 beta launcher on my PC. I also uploaded the officeal Feb patch. If I launch the game with the beta launcher, will I still get all the functionality of the new patch?

The new official patch stretches my laptop game screen and distorts the visuals pretty badly, but the beta patch does not.

That part didn't change, which means you have not got the command line switches set right for the official patch.
I think that the two obligations you have are to be good at what you do and then to pass on your knowledge to a younger person

You may launch the game with parameter -px and -py as well as you do previous version.

I am confused. Does this mean my beta launcher will include all current enhancements?
