Action Points movement bonus broke?

Traveling on the road AP bonus?

I always thought marching on the road would consume less AP.

But here, my 1. Regiment of the 101st Infantry divisions require (left image) 25 AP to march into the open field north - And it also requires 25 AP (right images) when it moves further down the street north/east? [&:]

For all four fields around my regiment, with or without road, there are 25 action required? [&:]

Only motorised and tracked units will benefit from the road. (10 AP instead of 15) 4.2 page 39 of the rules. Now you can order your div to force marsh [;)]
