OT: Kerbal Space Program

I am really having fun playing this game. There has to be a few others here that want to try building their own rocket or space plane. You put your rocket pieces together, liquid fuel, solid boosters, rocket stages and lots of other systems like stabilizing computers. Then head out to the launch pad and see if you can fly it or blow it up. Adam Solo did a write-up over at Space Sector if you would like to see a preview or download the demo.

It's a sim but has a lighthearted sense of humor. It's in alpha but you'd think it was release worthy.

There is nothing quite as amusing as watching your 6 solid rocket boosters take off without the rest of your rocket and watching it collapse into a heap on the launch pad.

Made a quality rocket core surrounded by 6 (six) solid fuel rockets. Forgot to strut two of them, they fell off, but I still made it into orbit!! but I was spinning around so much I couldn't aim properly and my orbit buggered up, then end up crashing into planet.

Game is so fun
