Replacing old computer

The old computer I had this game on is being replaced. I don't want to buy it again, so how can I transfer it over to the new computer?

1. Reload the game from any version to update the registry items.
2. Copy the War in The Pacific folder from old computer to new computer into the new computer. Everything will be up to date and you'll have all your save games.
