tutorial

I reloaded SPWAW with Lost Victories, Operation Watch Tower, as well as their updates and version 7.1. It seems to work ok, but for some reason Tutorial 1 has USSR vs germany instead of German vs USA. Is this deliberate or did I do something wrong?

Tutorial for SPWAW slot 1 is US vs Ger
Tutorial #1 Flanking slot 2 is USSR vs Ger

The tutorials don't always invlove the same countries.
