How to contact a member

I am playing a campaign game of GG War the East with somebody called cpetersen51 on the slitherine forums.

We have been exchanging regular daily turns for many weeks (now on about turn 55), but I do not know his email or have any way to contact him.

I have been unable to play multiplayer for several days now due to a bug/error (detailed on another thread, still unresolved, and no effective help from Matrix or Slitherine yet)

My question is how can I discover my opponent's identity and email so that I can tell him why my previously regular turns have stopped?

You can find him on the slitherine forum in the member list. You can there write him a pm, or possibly an email.
