TOF vs. Strategic War in Europe

Time of Fury spans the whole war in Europe and gives players the opportunity to control all types of units, ground, air and naval. Not only that, each player will be able to pick a single country or selection of countries and fight his way against either the AI or in multiplayer in hotseat or Play by E-Mail. This innovative multiplayer feature will give player the chance to fight bigger scenarios against many opponents, giving the game a strategic angle that has no equal in the market. The game uses Slitherine’s revolutionary PBEM++ server system.

Does anyone have experience from both of these games? What are the main differences? To me they look like the same game, but with different graphics. [X(]

450 vs 70 turns
1000 vs 100 units
40000 vs 5000 hexes

If you would like to receive the more precise information:
There is completely different philosophy and gameplay approach in both of those game.
Time of Fury is much bigger and much detailed game needed more attention from the player.
Strategic War in Europe has been designed to give a possibility to end the war within two or three evenings.

Compared with the other WI games, Strategic War was not a "keeper" for me. Probably perfect as an MP game, but with time at a premium, CEAW Strategy Mod is more rewarding. Anyway, a quick and lovely little game for the price point and niche. But if you are an experienced wargamer, buy ToF, which is good even vs. the AI.
