Double town listing: Artemovsk

Double town listing: Artemovsk

Minor issiue, I noticed a double listing for the town Artemovsk at hex: 57,39 and hex: 63,40. Not sure if it has been mentioned before.

Forgot to mention, this is in version 1.02c beta.
