As many Kindle owners are aware, pdf files just do not read well in the newer Kindles. Even when converted (e.g., using Calibre) they come out pretty badly.
There is a way to convert the pdf to epub, then editing the file (using something like Sigil) and converting it back to mobi. It does take some time, and I am in the process of doing it, having already done WitPAE. To get the file back into mobi in near perfect reading condition (images set right, etc.) is extremely time-consuming.
The DCCB manual is certainly much smaller than WitPAE's. I've gotten through about 30 pages of DCCB in about an hour.
Before I go any further I thought I'd ask if one in the mobi format could be made available.
Thanks,
Alan
