I am having a hard time finding out where the different colors for morale, fatigue, cohesion & ammo/ supply are explained. I can't find them in the manual. Thanks,

Generally speaking, the indicator box on the unit shows a "color ramp" of different hues for different attributes (supply, fatigue, ammo, etc.).

All you really need to know is that the box gets darker as things get worse for the unit.
