firstotherroad issue

So if you do what you're doing with DC2 or ATG (i've verified it's broken in both) and using road/first other road and draw rail with road first then it draws on the map properly.

But if you go into rule vars and you you set rulevar 32 = -1 then the 2nd type of road disappears from the map. Just FYI it's probably a dumb bug and is easy enough to fix. :)
