One of objectives is to capture Officers in Ba64s . What is procedure?

Just completed this scenario. German controlled BA64s appear adjacent to various towns the turn after the Germans cap the town. You can tell which towns yield the BA64s because there is an impassable terrain hex located right next to the town. Typically labeled something like countryside or some such thing. Looks like a hedges hex.

I think a total of five BA64s can appear -- one for each of the critical town hexes. You only need three BA64s for the victory conditions. You need to move them to the lettered hexes on the German edge of the map -- like the lower left corner of the map has a series of hexes with a circled letter in the middle
