question regarding old 1.30 bug

Is the "system/weapons on disappearing on US ships" - bug of 1.30 an OOB bug or an UV.EXE bug? If it´s an OOB bug I gotta restart my good running PBEM game :-(

WOuld be nice if anyone can inform me.

I believe it's an OOB error.

Well, seems than USN commander suddenly found the reset knob and we are back at May 1st. :-(
