Exception error on 'breakout from mzensk'

I got this as I moved the second the wagon onto the victory location in mzensk while the location was occupied by another friendly unit.

Were you playing with the Persistent or Classic AP rule? (I've spent a few hours trying to reproduce this, without any luck -- unfortunately "invalid operation exception" is one of the most generic error types in the book, and there's nothing that seems amiss in the little block of code in which the error occurs, which may indicate that it's some freakish threading issue.) Does this reproduce when you try the same move again? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
