No Fog fix

Unzip this file here after backing up the original: C:\Matrix Games\Close Combat Panthers in the Fog\DATA\BASE

File removes all fog effects.

Just to clarify, this modified file will remove fog completely from the game.  Morning fog no longer occurs at all with this file.  So it is more than just removing the visual effect on the screen.
