No weapons thing

Hi,

I just encounter this no weapons issue(Strange because i have english version of win 7)
I changed "." to "," in every policy file and now my war ships have weapons.
I just want to make sure that is there any other thing that i have to do?

What a pain in the arse. This needs to be fixed in a hotfix patch.
