Supply / New men ?

If you have 1. Regiment left in a battle is it possible to "take over" a Regiment or Brigade from the AI maybe with your commander? Or how can I get new men/supply?

This is not possible. There is away to split brigades (detach regiments) and attach regiments to other brigades under your command, but there is no way to add more men or regiments to your command from the AI.
