Russian Revolution

This quote came from Myrddraal during CarnageINC's first AAR:

"There are two 'revolution' events, both of which reduce Russia's national morale (and so accelerate their surrender)"

Question: In a PBEM, as the CP player, will I see these events? or is it just the Entente player? I have captured a ton of Russian cities but seen nothing yet....

Gents any response on this please? Could an event(s) have happened but I don't get to see it or does the fact that I have seen nothing mean that an event cannot have taken place?

Thanks

Lukas will have to confirm this one, but I'm pretty sure that if the event had occurred, both sides would see it.
