Can we add some sort of mechanism to view the national morale of hostile powers on the overview screen?

You could modify it +-10% or something to simulate imperfect knowledge of the facts on the ground, but right now its totally opaque ... you have no idea how the russians are doing until boom, they revolt, or you'll be grinding away against he british in sinia and suddenly they offer to surrender.

Historically there were lots of neutrals in WW I, and reasonably developed espionage systems.
