Could not launch Commander europe at war gold 1.12

Hello.
When I launch the game Commnander-europe at war gold 1.12 , I have an error message :" The JVM could not be started. The main method may have thrown an exception."
Help me please !


My configuration : I5 2500k , W7 , GTX 560 TI , 8 Go ram.
