Arabia joins and surrenders

Arabia joins the war and surrenders the same turn. Medina was at this point controlled by Great Britain. It might be that Arabia should not revolt and join the war if Medina is "liberated" but then there should be no message that they join.

Note that I got this message in the previous version but I forgot to post it.
