TECH SUPPORT NOT ANSWERING GAMERS ?

This is a general observation,after I posted a Tech Support question 3 days ago without reply,I also noted that there were a number of TECH SUPPORT QUESTION'S GOING UNANSWERED WOULD SOMEONE KINDLY REPLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS PLEASE![:@]

I realise you guys a busy,maybe if some of your team, would at least acknowledge the posts in the Tech support threads when they visit the forums,us gamers might not feel like our questions are being overlooked.I can't speak for the other gamers but I'm really just trying to help the game.

When I made this post at first there were more than 10 unanswered Tech Support reported problems,and I'm glad to see that the vast majority off these have now been attended too.[;)]
