Post by Sensei.Tokugawa »

Anybody up for the mujahideen side in this one? If interested, mail me please so I can contact Grymme and get the scenario by donation.

Man, I am up to my asz in games right now or I would be so in.
I have been giving much thought to guerrilla warfare in this game and have come to the conclusion that it is largely unexplored.
Maybe next time.

I don't think that there are enough players out there who understand guerilla warfare.
I really have to finish up two single player games that are dragging on or I would take this on in a heartbeat.
As soon as I have time I will look you up for this or something like it.
It really sounds fun.

Fine with me, I also happen to have my hands full and moreover on a constant lookout for some action which too often ends up with my getting bogged and lagging terribly - I just bought JTS SB Falklands and Modern War today - but always finish my games. So - in the meantime I'll be getting in touch with Grymme to see if the scenario's still available, whether it is playable with the golfd version of the game or it's only for WWII. It may require my buying the latest version of the game. I shall also refamiliarize myself with the game system, I have never been much into that, but since the only strategic recreation of the Soviet-Afghan War existing happens to be for this one - well, if You don't have what You like, like what You have, eh?

I hope You know how to reach me once You're done, don't You?

I can just reopen this thread and pm you.
Very good then. I am starting to really love guerrilla warfare in this game.
It is very difficult to learn, but awesome to behold.
