Enemy Jap TF staying at Port Morsby

HI All


For the last 2 months I have a Jap TF, or multiple TF's staying at the Allies Port Morsby base.. Not doing anything , besides air ops...

They landed troops a long time ago, they were lost, but now the TF's are not leaving????


I am not sure if this is scripted or a bug???

I will attach this save...

I am running the latest patch.. and playing the full campain....

Had a similar problem at another base, but only a couple of weeks. sent in a surface group and sunk about 17+/- enemy ships and chased the others away. the composition of the IJN task forces was mostly SC's and other smaller IJN ships. Dont know what caused it but there is the solution. Cheers.
