UoC Red Turn on Gamers Gate

Gamer's Gate offers a Unity of Command DLC called "Red Turn Road to Berlin". This was released some time ago. The new Matrix DLC is also called "Red Turn". Matrix says the new release is the first for UoC. Apparently, not the first :)

I am wondering if these 2 releases are separate products content wise...
