Pride of Nations is a turn-based historical strategy game set in the colonial era of the 19th century, where the player takes control of a country and guides it through industrialization, military conquest, and colonization. This release from AGEOD follows such successful historical strategy games as Birth of America, American Civil War, Napoleon's Campaigns, Rise of Prussia and Wars in America.

Dear players,

Pride of Nations is now out at Matrix and Slitherine, if you read this message, you now quite well this fact [:D]

PON has been released some time ago at Ageod, as this is a game based on the AGE engine, worked upon by Ageod Ltd. As such, even if we will do our best to help you from there, you should know that there are many useful informations, players and discussions in the Ageod forum.

Of particular importance, you can check the latest patch and quickfix. Latest patch, as of April 2013 is version 1.03. Latest quickfix, which is to be added on top of latest patch is 1.03d.

(patch means all comprehensive, will patch any version up to its level, quickfix, you need latest patch before).

Also, at Ageod, you can find another support forum, a PBEM forum, with several ongoing PBEM (one has 22 players!), a modding forum, latest link to manual and last but not least, some AARs.

Have a great time with this big beast. PON has never been for the faint of heart, but if you allow yourself some time to uncover its features, you'll enjoy it a lot.
