PBEM crash

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

PBEM crash

Post by warshipbuilder »

I was watching a replay of the first day of my campaign and the a/c disappeared off the screen at 1150 and the whole game crashed at 1153. Anybody have any ideas as to why that would have happened? The computer is new and I am running Windows 8, and have the all cores setting ticked.

I find the game crashes without fail watching the replay as the Germans in the 43 camp.

It is an assigned memory issue. Usually happens when there is heavy action or lots of raids. The only workaround is to install the EDBTR message reader. I do not remember who created it but it simply lists all the messages received. You cannot watch all the action but it tells you all the important stuff. Look in the tech support area and you may find the link.
