Interface Suggestion for WITP

Post by designer1 »

HI

Just a thought for the WITP interface after having played a bit of UV.

Would it be possible to have a template showing the ranges of each type of aircraft, so that one could click on a hex - say for example, an enemy base - and then pull a set of circles for the ranges for various figthers, bombers, etc?

This would help enormously with planning operations.

Thanks for considering this.

If this isnt possible could the Range in hexes norm. and extended be listed in the Aircraft data listings for easy access when you dont have a plane type in the game yet and dont want to start up another scenario to check.I have tried working a conversion factor but it is inconsistant due to rounding.
