Will there be a modding guide for Shadows

I can play a new game under Shadows ok but when I load my mod as a new theme and start a new game, I get an index error. Works fine under Legends.

I have made the changes to the mod that I think need to be done to convert from Legends mode to Shadow mode but I have obviously missed a step somewhere.
