Crash at start of new game

Just got Shadows, having this error on starting a new game, regardless of game type on my laptop. Was previously running legends on this machine without problems.

Toshiba Satellite u405-s2830, core2duo, 3gig ram, winxpsp3, intel onboard vid card.

Will try on another machine when I can. I do love this game hoping expansion gets up to speed.

This is likely due to either out-of-date video card drivers, or simply an underpowered laptop video card.

Laptop video card drivers are notorious for being neglected by manufacturers, but I'd try updating your driver if you can find a newer one.

Also feel free to post a DxDiag for me to look at.
