as I said in response to your other complaint. I see no issues. I have Windows 7.

That means you have a corrupt installation. Try patching the game with 1.20:

If the issue persists, then I'm afraid but you'll have to uninstall Panzer Corps and then install it again. Allied Corps should be the last to installed.
