Why no patch updates in months

What is going on here? There are so many outstanding bugs that have been reported and nothing ever changes month to month. About every 2 months I do a patch check and see that no update is available then just close down the game again without playing.

I suspect it will come with the upcoming DLC.

I've stopped playing the game too, because of this reason. [:(]
