Game won't start

There is probably a simple solution to this that I'm not seeing.

I've re-installed the game (twice) now on a new computer. It seems to install fine, serial number works. The menu comes up, click to launch the game, get a window that says Close Combat error on top. With an X in the middle & says "not available".
