Will the player be able to set an objective for a HQ? This would help Ultra and allow it to peek into the Japanese plans. Further if you have not assigned a target for a HQ you can not invade that place! Add another task force, a Attack Task Force that only invades hostile shores. The other transport TF's are for taxi service. Assigning a target for a HQ will also kick in the logistic system of the upper command structure and start sending you more supplies. Halsey had to go to Nimitz and pitch his idea about invading New Georgia, that must ahve cost him some command points especial since there were other commander screaming for stuff! Will there be command points? Hope that illustrates my point.
