I saw they have a large discount on the new pre order Rome Total War 2 .. anyone had any experience with the folks at GmG? They seem legit... thanks for the validation.. or warnings as the case may be

gmg is legit. I have bought many steam games from them. Only steam games though because I don't need another steam like game launching thing.

Yup, they are legit, I've bought multiple games from them before. I actually preordered Rome 2 from them as well. They will send you a steam code when the game is out.

I think any 'discount' on that game needs to be taken with a large pinch of salt. Steam started selling it at a whopping £44.99 (UK price) at first, but it's been 'discounted' to £29.99 for a while now. Whether it was a deliberate attempt to extract un-needed cash from those with more money than sense, or whether the PC gaming public finally stood up and said "What?! You're taking the p*ss", I'm not sure.
