Editor: Options->Load

Edit: The crash/freeze is fixed in 101beta. Still unable to load any official scenario though.

Taking a peek at the editor I tried to load one of the scenarios.
In Win7 the editor freezes and I have to close it using the task manager.
In Win8.1 I get the message in the screenshot.
Is it possible to load an official scenario?
I think this is important if the devs would like some user content.
