disk 2??!!

all weekend long i've been trying to download
v.4 and when I am 60-70% downloaded the system thinks its completed downloading. If you then try to install game it asks for disk 2? anyone know why it wont finish downloading?? this has happened about six times now.

You need to use a download manager that will resume a broken download. Download Accelerator, GetRight and Gozilla are some of the better ones...

Actually, I got the same message trying to install off of the PC Gamer CD. Fortunately, the downloaded version was fine.

I get the 2nd disk message when attempting to install from the PC Gamer CD also. How do I get past this??

Probably means you got a bad CD.

I received the same message trying to load from the PC Gamer CD. Are there that many bad CDs?

IF the file were bad NOBODY would be able to install it, ergo some of the CD's must be bad...
