I have to admit it slowed down a bit when I started adding in the city street tiles over my "outline streets". Some of the twists and turns I created haven't lined up as well with the sidewalk tiles...so there has been a bit more "re-modelling" than I expected. However, now that I have become more familiar with the sidewalk tiles...things should pick up.
