Finnish Jager support units bug?

Finnish Jager support units bug?

I am testing the various support units for different units (excellent feature, by the way).
The Finnish Jager unit seem to be missing support units for level 4.
The unit was created with experience=800

I have only checked a few units.

this is not a bug but a lack of choices for smaller units. We consider to change the arrangement to avoid confusion.
