mixing chinese units?

Post by wga8888 »

Its 3/42 and given the IJA is attacking towards Sian from both sides, I am working on retreating units from Homan and Sian towards Chungking before the road is cut. I find I have a few Red Chinese HQs mixed in with other Chinese HQs and units. How do I tell if a Chinese army is Nationalist or Red? can both types be in the same hex? I looked through the rules but was not easily finding any distinction regarding their use or cooperation.

Chinese is Chinese and Red or Nationalist has never made a difference that I've noticed.

I never thought that doing an AAR would be so time consuming and difficult.
