numbering system on events

Post by USSLockwood »

What do the numbers on the events mean? For instance:

8/12 North Carolina secedes from the Union

I get that the first number is the sequence but what's the second number for?

I think that means you have 12 announcements, and this one is the 8th? (If I'm reading what you mean correctly.)
