Scoring wonky?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong. The scoring seems very wonky. For example, if I set up a scenario where the threshold for a Major Defeat is -15 points, and I have scored -15 points, it says Minor Defeat. In fact, I've sometimes had a scenario lose as many points as there are to lose, well below the Disaster threshold (e.g., -50 points when the threshold was -30) and it always just says "Minor Defeat." If I score a victory, it tells me so, but I can't seem to get it to tell me when I've really lost badly, even when it should. Am I doing something wrong or have other people noticed this issue? Thanks.
