What is RC3 patch?

I wondered this too - if you go to the post for the public beta and scroll down the comments you will see a link to an update posted by Pocas. It's named release candidate 3 hence RC3. I believe I saw somewhere that there will be an official update coming next week

Release Candidate 4 will be out today and in parallel we will submit it to the good people at Matrix so that it can be official before week-end.

I'am already playing with release candidate 3. What are the change between 3 and 4 ? Does it need a campaign reboot ?
