My image is jumping..Help please?

I got a new PC running Windows 8.
Here's the command line I'm using but have used a bunch trying to root it out.


"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -wd -cpu2 -multiaudio -dd_sw -px1680 -py1050




It will stay offcenter but will jump if I mouse over any of the yellow writing.

Here's an example.



Nothing I can't live with but I'd like to run this as I did off my old system.

Any Ideas??

Here is what I am using on a Windows 8 machine. The "-fixedArt" and "-noFire" are both intended to help keep the screen from jumping. The "-noFire" one applies to combat replays.

"C:\Matrix Games\WITP AE - PBM #1\Beta2\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -altFont -archive -wd -deepColor -px1366 -py768 -fixedArt -noFire -SingleCpuOrders -cpu3

nice maybe i'll get to run the game on windows 8 now and not have to use a windows 7 vm.
