Official Patch?

When are we likely to see an official patch. I have been hanging off using on the RC4 as I prefer official updates. But if its going to drag on some then perhaps I should use RC4?

I'd use it, seems from the comments over on the AGEOD forum that is near final.

Official patch is under QA at Matrix. RC4 is identical to official patch, except for a single event. in RC4, you must have your enemy or you invade KY before 62, in official version you can wait indefinitively. Baring that, they are identical.
