[FIXED B453] B446: SUBROC and Nuclear ASROC don't work

Scenario is attached.

Both SUBROC and nuclear ASROC don't have any effect on sub targets. They fly towards the target, overfly it, and seem to impact it with something, spamming the log with impact messages, but never causing any damage to the target. After these "impacts" the missiles continue flying until the fuel is depleted. No nuclear detonation ever takes place during these events.

Furthermore, both ASROC and SUBROC can be steered during flight, which isn't possible in real life.
